Lets Review what we've learned so far.
1. We expect that people that follow the NeverSmokeAgain.Com
program have tried to quit in the past and failed. This is expected. You've come
to the right place.
2. We have given you LOTS of reasons to
quit smoking. By now, no one can possibly believe that they should not quit
smoking. Obviously you should quit smoking.
3. We learned that to Never Smoke Again,
you must mentally agree and commit to Never Smoking Again for the rest of
your life. This concept is HUGE. It is central to the NeverSmokeAgain.Com
Program. By agreeing to Never Smoke Again for the rest of your life you make it
much easier to quit permanently because you will not have to decide whether or
not you should become a smoker again every time you get the urge to smoke. Make
the decision just once to Never Smoke Again for the rest of your life.
4. I've told you that I will introduce a
revolutionary, yet simple technique to enhance and assist your own willpower to
make quitting smoking easier. Once you have agreed to quit smoking for the REST
OF YOUR LIFE I will explain this technique to you.
5. I have explained that you will need to
AGREE to NeverSmokeAgain for the rest of your life. This agreement is mandatory.
6. We learned that we need to
believe that we CAN succeed and that we need lots of
COURAGE to commit to Never Smoking Again. The courage is in you, lion. You
just have to find it.
7. You visualized what it is like to be a
non-smoker.
8. I done my best to explain that most
people do not need any drugs to help themselves quit smoking. Smoking cessation
drugs are a crutch that will let you down when you least suspect it. The NeverSmokeAgain.Com
method is a natural approach to quitting smoking. You can quit smoking
permanently on your own with your own willpower.
9. You should plan for and take part in
the BIG QUIT. Try to make an event out of quitting smoking. This is a big deal.
Make it a big deal and quit like you
really mean it. Never Smoking Again for the rest of your life is so
important to everything you have in life. Take this step VERY seriously.
10. You must make a list of 5 things that might give you the urge to smoke after
you have quit. It is important to increase your awareness of the types of
situations that will make you want to smoke a cigarette. You WILL face moments
of weakness. You WILL crave cigarettes. Just like an army that trains in the
battlefield before a battle, you must train for how to respond to the inevitable
urge to smoke that you will experience after you have become a non-smoker.
