Well folks. This is where you get off the bus. I've told you what I know. I've been as honest as possible. The rest is up to you. Will you embrace what I've taught you? That's totally up to you. You have the tools. You have the knowledge. You have an agreement (with yourself, not me). You have a technique that you can use whenever you get the urge to smoke. You don't need anything else except some courage and confidence to faithfully fulfill your promise to Never Smoke Again and to remember to FIGHT BACK against the urge to smoke.

Use the tools you have learned. Take them seriously. Refer to them often. Increase your awareness of the things in your life that are most likely to make you want to smoke. Be ready for them. Don't get caught off guard. Be ready to get the urge to smoke and then when it happens start repeating the NeverSmokeAgain.Com willpower mantra over and over until the urge to smoke leaves you. The key is to support your natural willpower strength when the urge to smoke comes.
